Our Story

Le Dhaba owner and head chef, Ash Khosla, spent the first part of his career working as an accountant before making a change and doing what he always loved to do: cooking.

For Ash, cooking always played an important role in his life. He spent summers with his aunt, a career foodie from the UK, and he brought a love for well-made meals back to his family in Geneva where the kitchen became the heart of their home. As a father, Ash carries on the tradition, feeding his young girls the Indian specialities he learned along side his mother. And he entertains his friends by serving up some of the best food in town.

As Ash’s passion project increasingly became his calling, he decided to open Le Dhaba in 2020. For Ash, the restaurant is an outlet for his favorite pastime, an expression of his Indian heritage, and an opportunity to serve new friends and old.

Guided by a belief that customers deserve the best hospitality at a reasonable price, he’s created an authentic and unpretentious atmosphere where he recreates family recipes and welcomes everyone to experience his joy of entertaining.
